The short version

  • Everything here is free, general information, not professional advice.
  • Our test results are dated. They show what happened with specific tools on that date. AI tools change fast, so check before you rely on them.
  • Share us freely with a link and credit. Please don’t republish our work as a whole, or sell it.
  • Sponsored content is always labelled, and sponsors never change our verdicts.

Who we are

RelatableAI is published by PlexorMedia, S. de R.L. de C.V., Calle 25 No. 220, San Miguel, Mérida, Yucatán, 97140, Mexico. Contact: hello@plexormedia.com. By using this site or the newsletter, you agree to these terms.

What our content is, and isn’t

Our articles, Field Guides and newsletter explain AI tools in plain language and share what we found when we tried them. They are general information. They are not legal, security, financial, medical or other professional advice for your situation.

About our tests: when we mark something “Tested by humans”, we tested it ourselves on the date shown, with the tools, plans and settings we list. That’s a report of what happened, not a promise that you’ll get the same result. AI tools change their features, prices and privacy settings often, and they can give different answers to the same question.

About AI tools in general: when you follow our guides, you use other companies’ tools under their own terms and privacy policies. Think before you paste personal or confidential information into any AI tool, and check important answers yourself. AI can make things up.

Using our work

Our articles, guides, images and videos belong to PlexorMedia, unless we say otherwise.

You’re welcome to:

  • read, save and print our guides for your own use, or to use with your team at work;
  • share links to anything we publish;
  • quote short extracts, with credit to RelatableAI and a link to the original.

Please don’t:

  • republish whole articles or guides, or large parts of them, on another site, in a newsletter or in a course;
  • sell our work, or pass it off as your own;
  • remove our name or logo from guides or images.

Want to do something else with our work? Ask: hello@plexormedia.com. We usually say yes.

Product names and logos we mention belong to their owners. Mentioning a product doesn’t mean we’re connected to the company, or that it endorses us.

Some newsletter issues or pages may include sponsored sections. They are always clearly labelled. Sponsors never see our verdicts before we publish, and they can’t change them.

We link to other websites so you can check sources and try things yourself. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The newsletter

The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click in any email. We may change its content or frequency, or stop it. How we handle your email address is explained in our privacy notice.

Responsibility

We work hard to be accurate and to correct mistakes when we find them. If you spot one, tell us. Still, we provide the site and newsletter as they are, and you decide how to use what you read here.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by decisions you make based on our content, or by the third-party tools and sites we write about. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll mention it in the newsletter.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, for example in the European Union, you keep the protections that your country’s law gives you.
